Went here last night with party of 11 I called ahead to ask what time they close and if we can still be served the lady said yes and they close @1. We got there the hostess right away told us last call is @12:30, not even a "hello" I told her I called and asked when they close but wasn't told about a last call. She rolled her eyes at me and said "well it's @12:30 up to you if you want to stay or go somewhere else" then she walked away. Came back we told her we'll stay she said "fine but I have to see if we can put tables together" and walked away again. She came back and said we had to be separate which we didn't mind. What I did mind was that we felt so unwelcome by her and she get giving us attitude and rolling her eyes at me and my in-law which we didn't appreciate. We got seated and she kept saying kitchen closes @12:30. Our waiter was an older man who was very polite, friendly and welcoming. He was quick and we're out by 12:35. Some people in our group didn't order because the hostess was going to the back while eyeing us and felt uncomfortable and thought they might do something to our food. We have never felt so unwanted and uncomfortable while going out and all because of the hostess. She's suppose to be welcoming and friendly but she wasn't.

I used to love going here, but most recently even before the pandemic service is horrible. On to go orders something is always missing, the food is overcooked, particularly steaks, never enough sauce on the pasta or salad dressing. Even worse is the pick-up. If you go inside, the employees don't speak you wait forever for your order then it's wrong. If you do curbside, they take forever to bring the order. It's time to locate another Applebee's or stop going altogether!

Food was good. Server was ok wanted a paper receipt and the guy brings a video game thing over. I asked for Mac n cheese to go . And wonder why it was 17$ and find out it was just penne pasta with 3 chicken strips on top .it wasn't really Mac n cheese. Disappointed on this one.. Staff was nice also opened doors as we left. Thank you.

Didn't like the whiskey burger to much. Love the prime rib dipper. Ordered some wings to go, tried to eat 1 B4 I left, it was luke warm. Waitress was nice. Good service.
