Dimensia and Vertigo,as well as medication side effects,so if you are using a Simpson oil or another type of concentrates,also can cause a light headed feeling If you Wake up while it is still working on you,as always though it is a good idea to see a doctor about it.good luck 😎J.W.
You need to ask a doctor. That could be a dangerous sign especially if your prescribed meds.
