Rockstar is a little more expensive than other studios, but trust me, WORTH EVERY PENNY. Have been bringing my daughter there ever since we had a bad experience elsewhere. They are friendly, professional, super sanitary, and virtually painless because their equipment is top notch!
You can if they go with you and you bring your birth certificate. Your parents will obviously also need an ID that matches it.
