It is $35-$39 a month (contract vs no contract) for the first person, and $30 (a few dollars less I believe on contract) for the second person. So the total monthly cost is about $65 - $70 for a couple.
Not sure on the cost of a family plan, just give them a call and ask for Chris or Julie they can fill you in, as for the gym it's very nice.
