My celiac is classified as severe and I’ve never had a problem eating here. However, I am always sure to let them know I’m ordering gluten free because of a severe allergy and they take special care when prepping - they’ll wipe everything down and get special wax cutting boards out to build your pizza on, they change their gloves (and the wash hands) and put paper over all touchable surfaces. I always tip them for all the extra effort because it is so appreciated. I don’t know if this is standard procedure when GF order is made or they take these precautions because I emphisize my allergy, but they never make me feel like a pain in the butt so it’s a win in my book!
I have tried their gluten free crust many times and have had no problem but maybe my allergy might not be so sensitive. It looks like they do take precautions as they prepare
