Yes. Just inside the indoor eating area, are big Igloo style water jugs with cups and also dog bowls.
As it has been mentioned, there is an area for playing with your dog but I didn't see water being provided there. I think your safest bet would be to take your own water bowl from home and buy a water bottle from the vendors.
I don't remember seeing anything, but there is a dog area and I wouldn't be surprised if the vendor's wouldn't have something available
I did see a couple of water dishes set out for pets
Any vendor will give you some if ya need it but i believe there is an area ☺️
