They have ability to take caked on fuel and oil off of fuel tanks and frame. A tractor costs about 50 dollars to clean everything you can see and additional amount to clean the engine compartment and engine. Next door I believe there is someone who can buff tanks to shiny chrome.
Thank you for your answer. The asphalt is stuck to the whole undercarriage (axles, brakes, springs, etc...) but there is hope. It becomes soft and easy to remove at 140 degrees F. And steam is aprox 212 degrees F. So...
