Yes i see some truckers and rvs parked over nite along the fence next to the freeway. There is plenty of room to turn around and park.
You my encounter a few deralicks if you want to squat on the side of the court.

I'm not sure what you mean by boondocker, but I have always found the staff to be very friendly, it's popular with the locals, as well as tourists or passer throughs. The food is great!
