It's REAL cheese and delicious. ALL THE FOOD IS REAL. This isn't taco bell, it's a REAL LIFE, restaurant with great chefs and great waitstaff that are always polite and can answer your questions and make suggestions. In fact the last time we were there, I was still stuffed up due to my bronchitis and our waitress took the dish I ordered which was milder in spice level but asked the kitchen to make it spicy so it would still be hot and delicious and would clear my sinuses. Good thing I brought tissues with me. I could finely breathe out my nose for the next 3 days. Thank the Goddess this place is near us. You won't be disappointed, I promise. (Unless you want plastic cheese; if that's the case, go to taco bell.)
