So sorry this answer to late. They were open 11-8 today Easter Sunday. My family ate there had a wait of about 20 minutes or so. However the wait was worth the good food we had. Texas roadhouse has not always been open as early as 11 am. My husband golfs and likes to go out to eat afterwards. They have tried the Roadhouse and found it usually opens at 4pm because of covid. Perhaps now that it opened for this Easter early they will change their opening to an earlier time.

I do not have first hand knowledge of their holiday schedule but it would be unusual for a chain restaurant to close on Easter.
