The worst experience in my life. My first appointment I was there for 2 hours. Was called back to the room and sat there for over 1/2 hour then the dentist finally came in. She was only in there for 10 minutes, she said that the girl would be in shortly to get me to talk about the money part. Sat for another 30 minutes or more. They think everybody must have endless money. They can't return any phone calls and are very rude. Would NOT send my dead dog there.

Please Don't Go Here! I reached out to Aspen Dental because I was in extreme pain. I attended my appointment, took x-rays, and everything, met with a representative for a treatment plan. I was scheduled to have my tooth removed on April 23rd. Because I had pain medication prescribed, I had to come in an pay on April 22nd. All monies are paid, and I go in April 23rd to have this tooth removed. THE DENTIST LITERALLY CANNOT PULL THE TOOTH OUT!. I was told the surgeon would follow up with me next week for the course of treatment, as I had already paid for this tooth removal in full-no phone call. I finally call the office back on May17th-I was told they would reach out to me as I am still in extreme pain-it is now May 24th with no return call. Keep in mind, not only have I paid my portion, but they have collected insurance money on this tooth still in my mouth a month later. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT go to ASPEN dental-tooth pain is a type of pain unmatched!!! Shondra Crews-Leeper

I just had a procedure completed yesterday and I was really scared. I was going to cancel but the receptionist put me at ease. The procedure went very well, all of the staff were very attentive and professional. I am appreciative and today I have no pain!!

Not the best, not the worst. First visit he told me I didn’t have any cavities, but when he pulled my wisdom tooth weeks later I asked to look at it, and there was an obvious cavity, he originally told me it was just cracked? So that felt shady. Also on my first visit it kinda felt like they just wanted to up sale. The Dr that pulled my tooth was nice enough I guess but it would be great if he was more comforting and described what he’s doing. I actually got super nervous after they numbed me, as soon as they laid me back I started crying a little and I was shaky. I didn’t expect to get that nervous. He wasn’t very comforting at all. And didn’t really explain like what to expect or what I should be feeling or like how to breathe. Simple things to distract you ya know.. He was just kinda quiet, which is awkward. His assistant was better and talked to me, asked me how I was, told me it would be fine. Also general cleaning is booked like 4 months out.. that’s crazy. I’ll probably just go somewhere else. It feels like they are more about cosmetics and maybe interns learning or something.
