I am regular with Ashley not only in this store location also with the globally ones. However, professionalism is the most important thing that any business must need. The sell man that was Tim is not professional at all. He must understand how to deal to costumers. He was trying to make a laugh on me. Also, he tried to be funny and he do not have too. Honestly, one employer will represent the whole Ashley. There are many professional furniture store in this area which are much better than this place.

Our salesperson, Jayce, was super helpful. He was available when we needed him but did not pressure us while we were trying to make our decision. We would definitely go back and to this location for future purchases.

Sadly to say but my husband and I have had nothing but problems from the moment we started with Ashley picking furniture and here we are now a month later and we still do not have our furniture. This has been the worst nightmare ever and we will never return to the store again. Gracie, who was our salesperson though was fantastic and very sweet and went all out to help us pick out the furniture but when it comes to having it delivered they don't even tell you that it is in and ready to be delivered. We had to keep calling Ashley to check on the status and they kept telling us that part of the order was in but not all of it. A couple weeks later still waiting we decided to call again and they said it's been sitting there and they gave us no phone call to let us know that it could have been delivered. Then they give us a delivery date and then it doesn't happen. Totally undependable so we had to find our own delivery man to pick it up. When you call the warehouse they do not answer and if they do by any chance answer they hang up on you right away. Definitely not a place to buy furniture.

Face coverings are worn by all employees within close proximity of guests. Daily cleaning/sterilization of common touch points completed. Gloves and masks provided for customers upon request. Hello Kim, I have looked into your sale and found that the majority of your order is being delivered today. We have been quoting 8-12 weeks for delivery as a result of the pandemic's impact on the furniture industry. I see that an 8-12 week quote is on your sale and is printed out on your sales receipt.
Of course... but you have to indicate it as you order the item.. I hope so
