For starters, I would consult with your physician. Everybody's pregnancy and medical conditions are different. But in respect to the airlines and TSA, I doubt anybody is going to stop anybody from boarding a plane based upon how far along they may or may not look. The onus is on you. I could be wrong though.
You can fly at your own risk but wouldn't advise you to fly if your due date is to close to the trip date
