It has changed so much since I was last there! Structure has improved as well as organization and presentation. We found what we were looking for pretty quickly. I'm very impressed with their progress. A worthwhile place to visit, especially for kid's books. Loved it!!

Could easily spend hours here! Well organized and although there is no catalog to look up the location of a specific book, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and knew exactly where 3 different titles were that I was looking for. Little dusty but it IS in an old warehouse, so that wasn't surprising or a big deal. We will be back! Note - books are now $1.25 each instead of $1.

This place is amazing! My husband and best friend are both avid book readers so this was a cool place to take them. I love exploring the book cases myself. My husband and I were married in November and our theme was BOOKS. This was the place! We bought a lot of books from here that were used in our centerpieces and our custom book stack that went on our cake table. It was beautiful. A lot of these items are now part of the décor in our home. What I love is that some of our friends pulled some of the books out of the centerpieces and started reading them! We honestly wanted that. Anyways, this place was a huge help to our planning and makes for a fun date night.

Looking for something specific? Probably won't find it, but that's okay. There are other bookstores and online sites to find cheap books. …

Yes they take donations, books, VHS.
Wear your mask and give other customers space in the store.
Sure do. Variety of ages since they come from a variety of sources
Yes, they sell every type of book you can imagine. 🤔
No Ms. Kimberly Young, I don't sell gift certificates. I don't believe that the One Dollar Book Swap does either.
They are open 10-6 Fridays & Saturdays
Helping Hands in Springfield OH
Very much variation.
They have so many books, you really need to go look to be sure.
10 to 6 pm
Yes, they usually have a small section of manga but it all depends on what other have traded.
Go look! It's well worth a visit even if you don't find that particular book.
It's across the street from Mahle (the old Chrysler building) on Webster street in Dayton.
Hi Dana, If you bring in books to trade we will make you an offer in store credit. We do pay cash for certain textbooks.
That is the "parent" store but it is not a dollar book swap, it is a more formal book store.
It says on google.
I've seen a few there, but the inventory changes frequently, i haven't looked today.
HI Eid, We do have some wholesale options depending on what you're looking for. Please come in and inquire and someone will put you in touch with our wholesale personnel.
You'll have to call and find out, but they sell VHS tapes so I wouldn't be surprised. I doubt they pay much for them either way.
50 cents unless they are really good books then you need to go to the store in Vandalia
There are a few for the online games but I have not seen any like Dungeons and Dragons
Go to their website. I believe there is contact information.
No, if you are looking for VHS tapes, you can try a local thrift store in your area
They buy your textbooks, but for other books they do a trade type thing, the books have to be in good condition and they feel they they will be able to sell again, then they will give you a dollar of store credit for every two books they accept!
Your best bet is to come look to my knowledge they don't have a log of books. It's worth a trip.
