I know that cvs in kutztown allows my mother to pick up my percriptions when I am feeling under the weather. All the person pick up prescription is the persons dob for the person taking prescription and they must sign for the percriptions then as well.
As long as You do the Drop off You can pick ; let They know You are going to pick up
