Tried to do a return for an item I bought in that store and the night shift employee gave me a very hard time . Im assuming because of my skin color she was profiling me as some kind of thief and became very rude as I tried to suggest CVS policies and procedures on returns. Luckily I was able to go to CVS on 8th Ave in Bethlehem and they gave me a store credit refund with no issues, no lying , no hassle. God bless the workers at the 8th Ave location.. But this location needs reevaluate the decision they make to their customers

This place is a joke. The drive thru is closed. The automatic texting is not working, & this is the line to get your medicine. This place is like a DMV now. Never using them again.

I know that cvs in kutztown allows my mother to pick up my percriptions when I am feeling under the weather. All the person pick up prescription is the persons dob for the person taking prescription and they must sign for the percriptions then as well.
