I know someone who work hear and he was run late and I told him to call them and tell them he was run late and he said there no phone number to call and tell them u are run late is that true ??

No sense of calling in because they just take your (UPT) unpaid time that you receive when hired

Not really,but they don't tell you to call off or if late ; they tell you to come in and talk to HR there.
