How much are your cottages and when are they available? Are they reservable? Are small dogs allowed? Who do I call to make reservations?

Pets are allowed

They have structures that are covered with water, sink and tables. The one closest to beach is about 230 per day, the amphitheater up top is about 130. It's for day use only. You would need to contact Washington State Parks and recreation to pay and reserve.
