First thing a boy throws rolls to you. Then you order your drink there a girl walks around with fried Okra. Then you order off menu when you get your food they come around and offer you sides like fried potatoes or tomato mac and other things. I went to 2 of the restaurants last week. Lol..

If you finish off your entree, they will give you "seconds". About the only thing I don't think you can get more of are the sides that come with your entree, baked beans, slaw, etc..

Some of the side dishes, that they call pass arounds, are all you can eat when you order an entree. Pass rounds are fried potatoes and onions, fried okra, macaroni and tomatoes, Black Eyed Peas, fresh dinner rolls with Apple butter or sorghum. I hope this helps.
