If you are booking for a large party they serve the meals family style. You finalize the menu about 10 days prior to the event.
Same day or the night before should be fine depending on party size and if you want to bowl.
Depends on how many people you are expecting. For over 15 i would say 2 to 3 days notice. Small under 8 people - no problem.
You can just show up but thy get busy at around 5 so makeing one is a good idea
Strictly speaking, you don't need one, but it does get busy. I've made reservations on the same day without trouble.
