Apply at any register with a cashier...even customer service and money center can help you as all registers should have access to that system...you will need a valid I.D. or drivers license and a debit card to verify who you are...its an easy process than can take less than 15 minutes to verify whether you were accepted or denied...if accepted you can use it for an immediate purchase as the register will print out a receipt with your credit card info and you should be able to use that until you get the physical card.
