I don’t know the waitress name because she never introduced herself when she finally came to our table. She took a long time to even get our drink order. She never got the order so another waitress got for us. She came and took the order and it was, “do you know what you want to order?” She never came to check to see if we were good or if we needed water refills. But she has a mole or something on her face and pregnant. I watched her be more attentive and courteous to other tables. I don’t know what her problem was but she definitely had one. I won’t go there again

I ordered a carryout. Half of my order was missing. Manager insisting on arguing with me that he packed it himself and it was in there. I felt he was insinuating that i was lying. Worst manager ever. Get some customer service skills little boy! Never return there again!!

Went here for breakfast this morning. The place was understaffed I assume, due to most the tables still needing to be cleaned off. The waitress was quick to take our drink and food orders which was the best thing I can say. My glass of water appeared dirty, like it wasn’t cleaned. Same with my silverware, which I had to request a second set. The food was okay. Very sub par experience. Staff was friendly. I was say the state of this Ihop location can be summed up by the photo of their logo falling apart in their lobby I have attached.

Easy access off the highway. Fast super sweet waitress. And not busy at all even though we stopped on a Saturday morning.
