It is a bar. I have never taken children to a bar nor will I ever. There are other people which think differently and so this is a place which is not "child friendly" yet a great place to visit before or after a game. I would say it is more of an adult scene and a place you can sit back and have a couple of spirits with a few friends; enjoying what they offer.
I've taken my kid there before sporting events. Lunch should be fine. Usually they just share off my plate
