Nice restaurant with great tasting assortment of food for the soul. One of my favorite places to go on Sunday. They have great cooks and staff waiting to assist you, and the food is so good they stay busy! Yum yum for the tum tum! Grandriver at Burt Road!

I always enjoy dining here. It's a bit small, but that's what gives it its charm. Looks like they are either expanding or doing some remodeling. The food is amazing, I always get the fried chicken, yams, macaroni and cheese with kool-aid

Simply delicious my first time there and definitely not my last time the prices was decent the food was amazing and they was open until 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday I never found soul food restaurant open that late 😍

J's has great soul food. The turkey and dressing is my favorite.
Wear a mask and only 5 people inside at a time but you can also call in your order to save time and safety call 📞 it if you can and get there before 1 they can run out quickly
They generally open at 5:30am. However, there are days that they open when they want to. I work midnights and pass by at 7 and they are closed on 3 of the 7 days. Now I recommend calling first.
