Either way is ok. We wore slacks and sweaters to the bar area. Some folds were dressed up in the restaurant. I think anything goes
The web site has a suggested dress code which comes down to casual but nice. Athletic wear is Not welcome but jeans, slacks, sweaters and nice shirts and blouses are fine.
We have went both ways dress up floor one and two .not do much on floor 3
We were dressed nicely, but casual for lunch. You wouldn't be out of place if you dressed up for lunch or dinner, but it's not fornal.
