I spoke with security at Twelve Oaks Mall. No they do not have a curfew for teens. The mall closes prior to Novi's shopping center policies. However Fountain Walk West of Novi Road has posted curfew signs near Emagine Theater also throughout their property.
I'm sure it's whatever the curfew for the city is unless they're accompanied by an adult.
