No. According to their website: Complimentary wheelchairs are available to rent at the valet booth located outside at the Cheesecake Factory entrance between Lord & Taylor and Nordstrom. This service is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and based on availability. Wheelchairs must be returned at least 15 minutes prior to shopping center closing.
