Yes!!! I totally agree with the other reviews... you need to express your concerns with the management, as far as the service... now the value of the meals, I don't know, I think a lot of restaurants are getting a little light handed when it comes to dressing sandwiches... This should also be conveyed to the Store Manager...
Sounds like a management issue. Maybe not enough or well trained employees. I'd google the number, ask for store mgr, not shift mgr. They'd much prefer to know than to keep losing business. If no satisfaction then call corporate.
We all have had bad visits to fast food restaurants.you need to let management know.hope it's a one time thing.
