There are several sit down and fast casual restaurants such as Chipotle, Five Guys, Noodles & Co., Chuys, BJs, and Mike's Nashville Hot Chicken to name just a few. As far as places to go, there is a new movie theater, kohl's, Kroger, Field and Stream etc. Hope this helps!
Chuy's is awesome. They have a free nacho bar until 6pm everyday. Then you can order if you like ir not. We order something small and a drink.

If you're looking for quicker eating options, i recommend, in order, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Mike's Nashville Hot (excellent chicken), or Chipotle. There is a surprising number of options to eat at Austin landing after these three, some will take slightly more time but offer really unique and awesome atmosphere, like Bar 145 Reset (my favorite place in Austin landing), or Dewey's Pizza, fantastic fresh ingredients! You really have a wide range of choices.
