I used to love shopping at Kohl's. I spent a ton of money at your store. When I found out Kohl's is anti-free speech, anti-constitution, I immediately stopped buying anything from Kohl's. I've been watching to see if Kohl's realized their mistake. Instead, I've learned Kohl's hates the USA and I'll never return.

Jewelry is spread out all over the store during Sephora remodel and difficult to find. Petite dept seems to be shrinking unfortunately.

The store says they’re hiring but on the inside it looks like it’s about to close down. The entire jewelry, makeup and accessories departments are all but completely bare. I had to go through 9 different carts to find one that wasn’t riddled with trash. When I spoke with an associate about it she looked me up and down and then quietly said she knew as she walked away from me to then stand and play on her phone. I asked her if she was going to do anything about it and then she rudely said to me “I’m working. I’m taking surveys” like I had the audacity to ask her such a thing. She forgets that she has more obligations than just to stand there on her phone. As an Employee on the floor her other obligations is to assist customers and help maintain the well being and cleanliness of the store. Even if it’s to grab a separate associate for the task. The store itself is also dirty, and empty for such a small location. Go somewhere else.
