Fair to reasonable and if not its virginia I'm sure you can find a Timberland outlet they always have sales going there
The prices at these stores are actually better than other retail outlets. Sometimes they do have sales but you should call ahead just to make sure.
If you catch a sale they're better than just about anywhere else. No guarantees on a sale, but worth a look.
