Website says deli opens at 6am. But a deli clerk told me they open at 9am. Why is there 2 different times?

Delis rarely open at 6 AM. 9 AM is fine with me.

Upper management must be subpar there then. If 6am is the open time, hold them to it. My store opens at 5am, closes at 1am. The personnel in deli, bakery, meat, produce are there starting at about 2am, the rest no later than 4am the latest.
