Yes large area plus trains run by here and a lake barking just goes out
I haven't seen problems with barking at this park. I don't remember if the sign mentions anything but nobody has complained that I've heard of. It isn't right next to any houses and there is a train track nearby so there are already noises and enough space for it to disperse.
