Not cracker thin nor crunchy, it's chewy & absolutely delicious!.....it's true New York style pizza!!....to me, hands down the best in So Cal. ....BJ's has a crunchy, cracker thin crust....just had a bbq chicken pizza there a couple weeks ago....very good.
Their crust is pretty thin, not super crunchy like a cracker though.

It's thin but not cracker thin. About the thickness of half a new iPhone. It's new York style pizza, not the crust you'd get at the make-your-own places.
