I grew up in Santa Barbara so I've eaten at the very first Habit. They have always been amazing, with outstanding customer service. I was so disappointed with the customer service at this location as well as the food. My food was cold and my fries were emptied into my bag on top of the rest of my food. Which made them difficult to actually eat, due to the fact that it wasn't only my food in the bag. When I agreed for a separate bag to try and separate the fries from the onion rings (I'm allergic to onions) I was told "no" needles to say I did not get to eat my fries. I really hope that this server was just having a bad day and that this is not how she treats people on a regular basis.

Habit has a great menu, something for everyone. Wife had a chicken salad, kid had a cheeseburger and I had a steak sandwich. Order came out fast and hot. Really delicious food.

Usually very good. Once in a while we have to check our order. Probably just a training issue. My family and I feel that our meals from the The Habit in The Colonies, more than meets our expectations.
