Planning on driving from Pittsburgh to buy a new rig. What kind of service can I expect? Will my new rig be turn key ready when I leave ie tune, shot in ect? Should I call in advance?

You will get excellent customer service here. Like someone else said they are very busy so allow yourself plenty of time. You will find everything you need and more and they will have you ready to go when you walk out.

I use the one in Lancaster PA, and love them. i would think it will be turn key, unless you want something crazy. If you call it will be there.

You will need plenty of time, but will leave ready to shoot and a rough sight in for 20 yards. Excellent service.
