Bought lozenges yesterday for $25 that was put in a cylinder they are all stuck together I tried separating them but they chip and shatter. Not sure what the return policy is?

I just chipped them apart with a steak knife..they do stick back together again, I even put a little corn starch in the container, but they still stick together again.The grape is still very good though.
