You can get them battered, or fried/skin off. True wings are always better without the batter/breading. The breading holds in "Massive Oil/Grease)! But this place is the best. The boneless wings are battered, the bone in are not.
My last bone in wings had corn starch on them. Blech 😢
The tenders are double battered before frying and the wings are breaded in corn starch before frying, so those are gluten free.
