You can get them battered, or fried/skin off. True wings are always better without the batter/breading. The breading holds in "Massive Oil/Grease)! But this place is the best. Oh, chicken tenders are super yummy. People there are really friendly and will help you decide. There are many combo options Steve. I live in Leominster, but I have no problem going to Worcester for wings. I'm old school.....If the food is good, peop le will come. Later bro...

The tenders are double battered before frying and the wings are breaded in corn starch before frying, so those are gluten free.
