I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure by a law and health code you can't have animals inside of a restaurant or bar unless you have a service animal. I thought this was common knowledge.
I think the only allow service animals.
I've only seen service animals there before. You should call to double check as there's also not outdoor seating.
I have seen dogs in there before.
