Iv been back to back waiting on the phone I need to see if you guys are open for public or if I have to make an appointment...if so then how? Because we have to see how to get our voters valid updated Wisconsin I.D.please

I couldnt figure out how to make and appointment online either. They are open for drivers license and photo id photos and i think some exams. Everything else should be done online. I went last week twice because i forgot some realID paperwork. First time there was minimal wait and was able to queue 6ft apart inside. 2nd time there was a wait. you gave your name and cell number to staff at the door and got put on a list so they can limit people inside. They asked you to wait ouside/in your car until they call you in. When they called you in you then lined up inside so they can start the checkin process. Hope this help!
