Yes the DMV is open to the public you do have to wear a mask give them your name and number and wait in your car for them to call you but it doesn't take very long though
Well you have to were your mask ,and stand 6 ft .and wait outside till you get your name on the list ,then they call you after you give them your phone number ...you go back to your car and wait ...not very long ...20 minute
