Yes your in room whole hour but there's a open door for bathroom/cell usage as well as to get drinks. Nothing preventing baby being brung and no no charge for a baby. Hope this helps. Hope to see you soon.

You are in the room the entire time. Bringing a 9 month old should be fine. You are only moving around in the room.
