They have some artist supplies for young people. The Balfour location is limited. The Dollar Tree in the shopping center at Ygnacio Valley and Clayton Road has more space and you might have a better selection
They do have paint brushes paint trays and rollers. I didn't see any paint at the difference dollar stores I've been at. No cardboard either unless you're talking about poster board which I have seen at different dollar stores.
