I reserved a 2 queen bed room.. they wanted to give me a king bed. So they gave me a room with a couch that had a pull out bed. I open the sofa bed.... and the sheets were stained with urine. On other hand breakfast was good, A lot of selections.

Dirty hallways sprayed with an eyewateringly strong perfumed cleaner that any allergies you might have will definitely not appreciate. The room itself was reasonably clean (so two stars for this because, let's face it, clean sheets are probably the most important thing in a hotel, period), but there was no soap or a privacy sign. Once I did get hold of a "Do Not Disturb" sign it didn't really matter though, because there was loud vacuuming, yelling, laughing and thumping in the hall and through the wall next door come 8am anyway. They also require a 100 deposit, which the front desk person told me "would usually be 200" as though she was doing me a favour - a clever strategy I am sure to dissuade loud complaints from people used to the more normal $40 hold at a hotel much nicer than this dingy place. She then took my card and gave me a "receipt" for this to sign but nowhere on it did it say $100, and when I questioned her she got annoyed. So spent the first night having a niggling anxiety I'd been scammed. Oh, and the fan in the room didn't work so had to alternate heat and AC to get any airflow in the room.

Positive: Next door to Dutch Bros coffee drive-thru! Negative: Hallways very dingy, no lobby area, had to ask for both handsoap and a privacy (do not disturb) sign. That didn't help a lot because housekeeping was very loud, banging into the walls in the next room and yelling conversations outside the door.

This is the worst hotel I have ever had the experience of staying in. We checked in around 7:30 pm after driving from Las Vegas spending 9 hours on the road then loading my pick up and the trailer we I rented. Tried going to bed around 9:00 PM for a planned departure Tuesday morning returning to Las Vegas, the hotel is noisy, you can hear doors slamming closed all along the floor, finally was able to fall asleep only to be awaken around 12:30 am by the sound of dripping water coming from the celling in three separate places, unable to get back to sleep checked out of the hotel at 4:00 am for return drive to Las Vegas with no sleep. As ked why I didn't request to be moved to a different room ? By the time I was dressed and moved to a different room It would have been at the very least 1:30 am and I would not have been able to get back to sleep prior to planed wake up at 3:00 am for a planed 4:00 am departure. Our room number was (223) also had noise coming from pool area outside. As of this date I have had no contact what so ever from the hotel for the horrible inconvenience I suffered there. My recommendation for this hotel is STAY AWAY !!!!! They advertise how great the hotel is with amenities such as fishing and boating near by? Fellow travelers this is Brentwood Northern California where I have been a previous resident for over 20 years once a small farm town that has grown considerably BUT STILL A FARM TOWN, boating is in Discovery Bay when you can use the Delta. In closing this Hotel is suitable for construction workers and pickers at best there is an additional hotel just next door completive priced. I certify that every word of this post is true and would swear before a court of law the same.
