Ok. It took 20min to get toiletries in the men's restroom this is unacceptable. Especially when it was 4:30pm they opened at 4pm. Who's in charge of this? Makes you wonder how often they check it.

That is not ok, but I will say when I was there I had a wonderful experience. It took awhile for me to get my drinks, but the food was perfect. I'm guessing it's just because this is a new location, and they are trying to establish their flow.

Brand new restaurant, brand new staff, probably not much food service experience. I'm sure if this feedback is provided to floor manager, they will remember next time.
