Nope, it's them. They are HORRIBLE. Unprofessional and ratchet! I've waited over 30 minutes for regular menu items in the afternoon, no EXCUSES. They should be shut down or bought out by better owners with NEW, PROFESSIONAL Management. Euclid should be ashamed to claim them!
15 mins in the line this morning, no exaggeration. I was told they were out of hot cakes and sausage at 10:45am. This was after I placed my order and paid and waited.
I don't think it's something in the water.
Nothing that I know of is in the water..they probably is busy..lunch time..
