Avoid! Ordered thru app for in store pick up. Got there and door was locked with no sign indicating why. Pulled up to get my order thru the drive thru was informed that they only had medium cups, ordered a large. Got back to eat they had forgotten to include my potato side. No response from corporate when contacted about it

Had a craving for some Taco Bell tonight and decided to stop on my way home. The woman running the drive thru, Michelle, was the friendliest, sweetest employee I have met working at a fast food establishment. She really made my day by being so kind to us! Thank you Michelle, you’re a rock star!

Bro I went to this taco bell at 9:30pm on a Wednesday and the lady working there made our order in under 3 minutes. I am superbly impressed dude. We ordered a crunchwrap Supreme,a taco and 2 burritos.

I dont eat at Taco Bell on Euclid Avenue often. But every time i do they put sour cream on my food even though i specifically ask them not to. I guess they truly deserve $15 an hour minimum wage.

Drove all the way here because they say they close at 4 it is 151 and they are closed but Arby's next door is open do not go this Taco Bell

Been to this Taco Bell early a.m.,their menu board is always dark so I have no idea what I'm ordering, the only answer they have is "it's on a timer", nobody has common sense to change the time this place sucks, where's the manager?

This location is the perfect example of why fast food workers don't deserve $15/hour. If you can't EVER get a simple order correct, then you don't deserve more than minimum wage. You get paid for the quality of your work.
