There is not a legitimate shop around that will do it.
As mr. Bird said it is against the law man up to you a $25,000 fine and two years in jail if I remember right for removing or modifying any pollution control device on your vehicle
You can technically "delete" it your self by jack the car up (use jackstands for safety), get under there and hacksaw the pipes before and after. You can then measure your exhaust pipe opening and get a flex pipe of some type and buy 2 of those metal pipe clamps that you screw to tighten them on each side..They can't do it because they're an official business and can be fined. I did this as a kid on my 84 chevy celebrity in late 90s. I used ONLY a scissor jack, and lucky to be alive. Just be smart and use jack stands on both sides if you want to do this.
Technically no it's against the law if you want that done you're gonna have to cut that yourself
