No appointment first come first serve
It has always been first come, first serve for me. I have been going there for 18 years now.
Good service but get there early.
They don't take appointments. If you go on a Saturday, you better get there when they open or before 9am. They get filled quickly and then you'll have to wait in line. I got there at 8:15am on a Saturday and there was already a 45 minutes wait. Otherwise, there service is super fast. Most of the waiting is because soooo many people go there on Saturdays.

Weekdays about 10am the best time to get work done. Only place to go for exhaust work...period.
It's always first come first served but there are better and worse times of the day. Google can tell you the best times. Once your car is on the lift, it's very fast. Using this method, the longest I have waited was 45 minutes from key drop-off to pick up.
Show up, find out when they can take you, then you can come back at that time, but get there early!
