They definitely sell out fast and close early. I've only been there on Saturdays and I'm there no later than 12pm. But if that doesn't work out for you and you need a fix...try Juicy Crab.
Okay, here is the deal...be there between 12:00 and 1:30 and you're in the house... It's worth the wait...week days( get there before 2:30 and guess what? Disappointment is over... It's the best!!!

Best spot i have been to in Atlanta and i am from the water.....i'm there by 12noon it's worth it!! Love it i haven't try any other spots since tasteing Crab Pot & moving to Atlanta!!!

They sell out very fast... especially during the weekend and if you trying to get the turkey necks or oxtails... if you go during the week, they are open a lot later than 3pm. I don’t think the new location is finish yet. There is the Other place on the other side of the Hwy in the plaza but they are not as good and more expensive for less food.
As info they have revamped EVERYTHING. It's now a lounge and I went in after 4pm. Yes they answered my call, were still open and I got my food.
